Leadership has a profound impact on mental health. Research consistently shows that the relationship people have with their leader can significantly influence stress, engagement, resilience, and overall well-being. Yet many emerging and experienced leaders step into positions of influence without ever receiving intentional training on how to lead people with empathy, emotional intelligence, and confidence.
At Leading in Love, we believe the mental health challenges facing our communities cannot be solved by one-time wellness initiatives alone. They require a new generation of human-centered leaders who understand that leadership begins with people. Through mentoring, leadership development, training, and meaningful peer connections, we equip leaders with the character, communication, and practical skills to foster healthier individuals, stronger organizations, and more connected communities.

Ms. Palmer is a leader in her own right. She has extensive training and development experience spanning over her 15 year career. She prides herself on prioritizing the development, empowerment of others. Over the years, she has concentrated her efforts on program development, implementation and evaluation. In the last 5 years, Quadai has spent countless hours mentoring other industry leaders, educating leaders on mindfulness, self care, and succession planning.
